Arriving in Germany
We landed in Germany on June 11, 2006.

Leaving BWI airport for Germany (via Iceland) on the evening of June 10th, 2006. World Cup 2006, here we come! That's our flight at 8:45 to Reykjavik, Iceland. From there we changed flights to Frankfurt, Germany. Sandra has her ticket. (Sandra's one of my soccer buddies.) Our airplane. The first photo in Germany, which is of Carolyn at the Frankfurt train station. Getting through the airport was not an easy trip, so I didn't take any photos. I have spent a lot of time here waiting for trains. Sandra knows what she wants to take home as a souvenir! Carolyn seemed wide awake at the train station, but now the jet lag is really settling in. We're on our way to Giessen.
